Q: Explore your expectations for this class and how you plan to make it work A: My expectations for this class is to get me more comfortable with writing. I find myself getting bored easily when writing and I find my brain wandering to different places that has nothing to do with what I'm writing. I plan to make this work by not shying away from assignments, and completing them to my best ability. I also will keep in mind that practice makes perfect and its not going to come easy right away! At the moment i am struggling with the free writes we do in the beginning of class. I have been resorting to doodling flowers the past few classes because thats what is in my comfort zone, but next time Im hoping to write at least a paragraph. The reason I struggle with writing without a topic is because of how easy it can be to get distracted.
